At first sight, SSB Maul looks like just another wintermaul, and to a certain extent it is, but only the terrain and the basic
game design/play are the same.
There are 6 unique races that differ entirely from the races from Wintermaul, and it seems like none of them are too overpowered
or too underpowered, which is something not too common, especially from a Warcraft III map.
The down side? Orange, Purple, Yellow and Gray all lack spawns, which makes it feel really pointless and boring to be
them. You also start out with a little more gold than in most mauls, so you get to build quicker so the game moves along faster
and there isn't really as much boring times. SuperSmashBrosMaul is a truly unique maul.
